Aloha! We’re Liz and Sean—husband and wife, makers and dreamers, and the proud owners of Shaka3D.
Our story began with a spark of determination. After Sean lost a finger in a work accident, he set out to design and 3D print a functional replacement. That journey is still unfolding, but along the way, his curiosity turned into craftsmanship, and in 2023, Shaka3D was born.
At Shaka3D, we specialize in strong, high-quality 3D prints made primarily from non-toxic PLA—a biodegradable material derived from plant starch. It’s safe, sustainable, and perfect for bringing bold ideas to life.
